IT supervisor

We are looking for Several Positions to support our growth in Bali

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or Senior IT Officer in hotel/resort operations.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
Honest, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
Flexible with working hours and available on-call for emergency technical support.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and maintain daily IT operations, network infrastructure, hardware, and hotel software systems (PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV).
Monitor Wi-Fi coverage, network security, firewall, servers, and data backup systems to ensure zero downtime.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and guests regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Supervise IT staff/vendors, manage hardware inventory, and handle procurement of IT equipment and consumables.
Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and software updates across all hotel departments.
Ensure compliance with data security, system back-up protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate with regional/corporate IT management and external vendors for system upgrades or major repairs.
