Pool attendant

We are looking for Several Positions to support our growth in Bali

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pool Attendant Staff in a hotel/resort.
Good understanding of basic pool maintenance, filtration systems, and chemical handling.
Friendly, energetic, well-groomed, and guest-oriented personality.
Basic conversational English skills to communicate effectively with international guests.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions.
Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Key responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the swimming pool, pool deck, and surrounding guest areas.
Perform regular water quality testing and basic pool chemical treatments according to safety standards.
Set up, arrange, and clean pool loungers, daybeds, umbrellas, and towel stations daily.
Issue, collect, and manage towel inventory for guests efficiently.
Greet guests warmly, assist with pool amenities, and deliver attentive customer service.
Monitor guest safety around the pool area and respond promptly to any urgent situations or requests.
Coordinate with the engineering and housekeeping departments for deep maintenance or repair needs.
