Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily villa operations and lead housekeeping standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all villa areas are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Supervise and assist daily housekeeping operations.
• Maintain high cleanliness and quality-control standards.
• Inspect rooms and common areas before guest check-in.
• Organize housekeeping schedules and daily task assignments.
• Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supply inventory.
• Coordinate with operations and management regarding guest requests and villa preparation.
• Help create a comfortable and professional guest experience.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Maintain hospitality standards suitable for a premium/luxury villa environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in housekeeping within hotel or villa operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Understanding of hospitality cleanliness standards.
• Basic English skills are considered an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends when required.
• Bali-based candidates preferred.
