Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in english; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
• Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.
• Manage and train villa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory to ensure cost effectiveness.
