Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar role as a Wellness Manager within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness center.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee daily wellness operations.
- Proven ability to design holistic wellness programs and experiences.
- Knowledge of integrating advanced aesthetic clinic treatments, signature wellness packages, and client care protocols.
- Understanding of basic financial management.
