• Strong knowledge of baking techniques

Responsibilities

• Bake cinnamon rolls from scratch, ensuring great taste and texture
• Create new flavors and styles, including seasonal options
• Keep the baking area clean and organized
• Monitor ingredient stock and freshness
• Decorate and frost cinnamon rolls with care
• Follow food safety guidelines
• Work with the team to manage production and orders
• Provide great customer service and offer recommendations

Qualifications

• Is not camera shy.
• Shoots and edits dynamic short-form video.
• Understands Reels hooks, pacing, and on-screen text.
• Can do storytelling + BTS, not just food shots.
• Thinks in performance and growth, not aesthetics.

Role details

• ~10–12 hours per week.
• Fixed monthly compensation (not paid per Reel).
• Ongoing collaboration, not a one-off shoot.

Job description

• Responsible for daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise floor staff and ensure service standards are consistently met
• Handle customer service, guest complaints, and special requests professionally
• Create and manage staff work schedules and attendance
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure food quality and service timing
• Monitor GoFood and GrabFood orders, including order accuracy and customer communication
• Prepare and serve basic coffee and beverages when needed (non-professional level)
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs are followed at all times

Qualifications

• Female, well-groomed, friendly, and professional attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and basic written)
• Familiar with Western breakfast menus and concepts
• Able to prepare basic coffee and beverages (not required to be a professional barista)
