Overview Posisi

  • Mengerjakan finishing dan perawatan villa seperti pengecatan, plester, pasang keramik, perbaikan ringan, serta pekerjaan MEP (listrik dan plumbing sederhana) agar bangunan tetap rapi, aman, dan berfungsi dengan baik. 

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengerjakan finishing dinding seperti plester, acian, perbaikan tambalan, dan pengecatan.
  • Melakukan perbaikan sipil ringan seperti pasang keramik, nat, leveling permukaan, dan perbaikan retak.
  • Menangani pekerjaan dasar MEP (listrik dan plumbing sederhana) seperti ganti lampu, cek stop kontak, perbaikan kabel ringan, dan perbaikan kebocoran kecil.
  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin untuk menemukan kerusakan dan kebutuhan perawatan.
  • Melakukan perbaikan dan touch-up untuk menjaga standar kualitas villa.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim maintenance dan engineering untuk pekerjaan perbaikan yang sedang berjalan.
  • Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja serta menggunakan alat dan material dengan benar.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal SMK atau Diploma di bidang Teknik Sipil, Konstruksi Bangunan, atau bidang terkait (lebih diutamakan).
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pekerjaan finishing sipil atau konstruksi.
  • Berpengalaman dalam proyek villa, hotel, atau properti manajemen menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pekerjaan plesteran, pengecatan, pemasangan keramik/ubin, teknik finishing permukaan, serta dasar pekerjaan MEP.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan pada struktur kayu, pintu, jendela, decking, serta furnitur built-in di area properti villa.
  • Membuat dan memasang pekerjaan kayu kustom sesuai kebutuhan (rak, kabinet, dan perlengkapan lainnya).
  • Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan, keausan, atau potensi masalah keselamatan pada elemen berbahan kayu.
  • Melaksanakan pekerjaan finishing seperti pengamplasan, pelapisan varnish, serta perbaikan minor (touch-up).
