Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills; experience with a hotel PMS is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest's stay.
