Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality industry).
- Good command in English spoken and written.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members.
- Strong in housekeeping operation and procedure.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and proactive in solving problems.
