Job description
Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards and recipes.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in supervising junior cooks and kitchen staff.
Manage daily food preparation and cooking operations.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
Monitor ingredient quality and report stock needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Support menu execution and special orders when required.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service periods.
