Requirement
- Min 2 years experiences as launch manager in villas, resort or hotel.
- English is a must.
- Willing to work under pressure, mobile and dealing with deadline
- Possesses strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities.
- Ready to join immediately.
Responsible
- Timely launch of full management facilities.
- Financial reporting for purchases and repairs.
- High level of communication with all participants in the process of launching objects.
- Improvement and integration of new object launch processes.
- Cost optimization.
- Personnel search.
- Daily reporting on the launch of new facilities.
