Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic Resort Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the market presence of our resort and hospitality brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, relationship-building, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or resort sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Existing hospitality industry network is an advantage.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize resort revenue.
Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
Drive room sales, wellness retreats, weddings, events, and group bookings.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Manage OTA platforms and direct sales channels.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
