Requirements
- 3+ years as Chef or Sous Chef (hotel or high-volume restaurant), strong HACCP, working English.
Responsibilities
- You build the kitchen team (10 cooks), own morning production and the lunch pass, and train your second. Our modern batch-prep system is already designed — you make it live.
Benefits
