Housekeeping supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee villa inspections, staff training, linen department operations, and general upkeep of independent villas (not within a complex).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train staff and implement SOPs effectively.
• Good knowledge of sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends or public holidays.
• Must live in Bali and own a motorbike.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure quality and SOP compliance.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee the linen department, ensuring proper inventory control and quality.
• Examine and identify the need for repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Manage equipment and cleaning supply usage.
• Recommend service improvements to management.
• Ensure garden areas are well-maintained by coordinating with the gardening team.
