Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in boutique accomodation, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
• Proficiency in english.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in hospitality software systems and financial management tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Implement and maintain the operational standards and service protocols, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, room revenue, guest feedback, and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and driving profitability.
• Manage the budget, controlling costs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
