Bookkeeper supervisor

We are looking for a Bookkeeper supervisor to support our growth in seminyak.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic accounting (general journal, financial statements, cash reports) and understands basic taxation related to hotel transactions.
• Skilled in using the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system and Excel or equivalent accounting software; experienced with VHP and proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookup).
• Performs reconciliation of modules with the general ledger (GL) and prepares monthly and annual financial statements.
• Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Hospitality, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping/finance, preferably in a hotel.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conducts supervision of accounting and administration and produces accurate financial reports."
• Prepares financial data for the audit process.
• Demonstrates good time management and work prioritization.
• Able to coordinate with the Accounting team and external audit team.
• Provides empowerment, coaching, and integrated supervision within the work scope.
