Engineering staff

We are looking for a engineering staff for a new residence in seminyak.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel; fresh graduates with 6 months OJT or Daily Worker experience preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on all facilities and MEP equipment.
• Properly use tools and follow safety procedures (K3).
• Maintain all utility systems (AC, electricity, water, ventilation, pumps, lighting, TV, telephone, minibar, water heater, bathtub, jacuzzi, private pool) in optimal condition.
• Record and report damages requiring further action to Supervisor/Chief Engineer via hotel system (iSort).
• Observant in detecting potential issues before affecting guest comfort.
• Handle repair requests, complaints, and maintenance reports quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to support smooth hotel
