Housekeeping attendant

We are looking for a housekeeping attendant for a new residence in seminyak.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational School, majoring in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Tourism.
• At least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping Room/Public Area, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Fresh graduates are preferred if they have completed OJT or Daily Worker (DW) experience in a 5-star hotel for at least 6 months.
• Knowledge of standard procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, linens, and public areas.
• Able to use chemicals and housekeeping equipment correctly and safely according to HSE/SOP; able to perform project cleaning.
• Understands waste management procedures.
• Skilled in room setup (bed making, amenities, layout according to hotel standards).
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures (lost & found, HSE, emergency).
• Basic knowledge of linen handling and laundry.
• Able to coordinate and cooperate with Housekeeping Supervisor, HK team, Linen & Laundry staff, GRO, and Engineering to support smooth operations (MEP functionality, defect reporting, lost/broken items).
• Observant of small details such as amenities, linen spots, and lost & found items.
• Able to provide friendly, polite, and professional service to guests, meeting their needs quickly and accurately.
• Reports facility damage, guest lost items, or potential hazards in rooms/public areas to the Supervisor.
