Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or Senior IT Officer in hotel/resort operations.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• Honest, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours and available on-call for emergency technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain daily IT operations, network infrastructure, hardware, and hotel software systems (PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV).
• Monitor Wi-Fi coverage, network security, firewall, servers, and data backup systems to ensure zero downtime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and guests regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Supervise IT staff/vendors, manage hardware inventory, and handle procurement of IT equipment and consumables.
• Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and software updates across all hotel departments.
• Ensure compliance with data security, system back-up protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate with regional/corporate IT management and external vendors for system upgrades or major repairs.
