We are looking for a massage & spa supervisor for a new wellness club in bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of popular massage techniques.
• Cleanliness and neat appearance.
• Kindness and respect towards clients.
• Basic English.
• Maximum age: 45.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage and spa services while assessing client needs, recommending appropriate treatments, ensuring comfort, safety, and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized and attentive care.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and readiness across all treatment rooms, equipment, linens, oils, and spa facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
• Supervise, schedule, and manage massage and spa therapists, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality standards, proper staffing levels, and continuous improvement through training, briefings, and performance evaluations.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, special requests, and treatment records professionally, coordinating with management to monitor progress, scheduling, and service enhancements.
• Oversee spa operations including inventory control, cost management, promotional support, and preparation of operational reports related to service performance, staff attendance, and customer satisfaction.
