Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pool Attendant Staff in a hotel/resort.
• Good understanding of basic pool maintenance, filtration systems, and chemical handling.
• Friendly, energetic, well-groomed, and guest-oriented personality.
• Basic conversational English skills to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the swimming pool, pool deck, and surrounding guest areas.
• Perform regular water quality testing and basic pool chemical treatments according to safety standards.
• Set up, arrange, and clean pool loungers, daybeds, umbrellas, and towel stations daily.
• Issue, collect, and manage towel inventory for guests efficiently.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with pool amenities, and deliver attentive customer service.
• Monitor guest safety around the pool area and respond promptly to any urgent situations or requests.
• Coordinate with the engineering and housekeeping departments for deep maintenance or repair needs.
