We are looking for a receiving staff for a new residence in seminyak.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Tourism, with at least year of experience in receiving, warehouse, or procurement (hotel, F&B, or retail).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel systems (e.g., VHP) for accurate goods recording, with knowledge of FIFO and FEFO for F&B items.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined, capable of inspecting quantities, packaging condition, and expiration dates, while maintaining high integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Storekeeper, User Departments, and vendors, handling discrepancies and reporting issues to supervisors.
- Efficiently manage the receiving process, including initial action for non-compliant items (rejecting or holding), ensuring smooth distribution to users.
Responsibilities
- Understand company policies, SOPS, and business processes for receiving goods, including checking documents such as PO, DO, and invoices.
- Inspect goods accurately, ensuring quantity, quality, and specifications match the PO, and respond promptly to discrepancies.
- Properly handle temporary storage of received items in the receiving area, maintaining safety and hygiene, especially for F&B supplies.
- Follow security and safety procedures, including anti-fraud measures, expired date checks, and cold chain management for fresh products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth receiving operations and timely communication of issues or irregularities.
