Qualifications
- Male, aged 35 years or below.
- Proven experience in front desk and housekeeping roles (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and english.
- Professional appearance, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest services, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and manage room arrangements.
- Coordinate housekeeping services to maintain impeccable room standards.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, from laundry to dining arrangements.
- Maintain clear communication between front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Preferred
- Prior experience as a Butler in a luxury setting.
- Certification in Hospitality or related field.
