Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Can start immediately
- Has a successful track record in managing resort & retreat, new business development and generating revenue for the resort
- Has the ability to think creatively in order to develop targeted, customer-focused sales solutions across multiple channels
- Has a strong desire to establish and maintain client relationships
- Understands how to effectively communicate and build strong internal and external relationships
- Diploma/graduate majoring in hospitality
- Good english both verbal and written
- Service excellence oriented
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Well groomed
