- Placed base office
- Fluent written & spoken in english
- Excellent communication skill and good phone etiquette
- Managing incoming enquire for villa booking by email or phone call
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Assist the client trough the booking process and until guest check in to villa
- Familiar with otas
- Passion for sales & customer service
- Well organized, honest & attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Flexible, able to work on shift, including weekends
- Pleasant personalities, well-groomed
- Have relevant background on villa reservation at least 2 years
- Able to perform well and reliable without supervision
