The role

With your expertise, you will enhance our guests stay by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations and by creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences. You will be required to be trained extensively in wine, so a keen interest in the world of wine is needed for any applicant.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of wine and Western cuisine, with a genuine passion for both.
• Strong communication and salesmanship skills, with the ability to confidently upsell and recommend menu items.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good conversational English skills required, with a willingness to improve.
