Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or 5 years as an Engineering Supervisor in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, plumbing, water treatment systems (WTP/STP), fire safety systems, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Male, maximum 26 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the same field.
• Have a good work ethic, honest and punctual.

Qualifications

• Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang maintenance/engineering.
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang kelistrikan, plumbing, AC, refrigerator, dan general facility maintenance.
• Berpengalaman dalam melakukan preventive maintenance untuk memastikan seluruh fasilitas restaurant dalam kondisi optimal.
• Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting dan basic repair untuk kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, AC, exhaust system, dan fasilitas restaurant lainnya.
• Mampu merespons Maintenance Request dan Operational Issues dengan cepat, tepat, dan profesional.
• Bersedia bekerja secara individu maupun dalam team serta memiliki kemampuan koordinasi yang baik.
• Available to join immediately.
