Job description

• Mengerjakan instalasi kelistrikan dan plumbing seperti pemasangan jalur listrik, jalur pipa, lampu, saklar, pipa kolam.
• Melakukan pengecekan instalasi secara berkala untuk memastikan sudah sesuai gambar dan aturan SNI
• Melakukan perbaikan dan touch-up untuk menjaga standar kualitas villa.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim maintenance dan engineering untuk pekerjaan perbaikan yang sedang berjalan.
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja serta menggunakan alat dan material dengan benar.

Qualifications

• Minimal SMK atau Diploma di bidang Teknik Kelistrikan, Konstruksi Bangunan, atau bidang terkait (lebih diutamakan).
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pekerjaan konstruksi.
• Berpengalaman dalam proyek villa, hotel, atau properti manajemen menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang kelistrikan dan pemimpaan
• Mampu melakukan instalasi sampai dengan finishing, testing, dan commissioning
• Memahami dasar pekerjaan MEP seperti instalasi listrik, perbaikan stop kontak/lampu, perawat, perbaikan kebocoran, dan instalasi pipa sederhana.
• Terampil menggunakan alat dan material finishing maupun peralatan kerja MEP secara aman dan efektif.
• Memahami dasar-dasar pengukuran konstruksi dan mampu membaca gambar kerja.

• Mengerjakan finishing dan perawatan villa seperti pengecatan, plester, pasang keramik, perbaikan ringan, serta pekerjaan MEP (listrik dan plumbing sederhana) agar bangunan tetap rapi, aman, dan berfungsi dengan baik. 

Qualifications

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMK atau Diploma di bidang Teknik Sipil, Konstruksi Bangunan, atau bidang terkait (lebih diutamakan).
• Pengalaman: Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pekerjaan finishing sipil atau konstruksi.
• Berpengalaman dalam proyek villa, hotel, atau properti manajemen menjadi nilai tambah.
• Skills Teknis: Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pekerjaan plesteran, pengecatan, pemasangan keramik/ubin, teknik finishing permukaan, serta dasar pekerjaan MEP.
• Mampu melakukan persiapan permukaan dengan benar sebelum aplikasi finishing.
• Memahami dasar pekerjaan MEP seperti instalasi listrik ringan, perbaikan stop kontak/lampu, perawatan AC dasar, perbaikan kebocoran, dan instalasi pipa sederhana.

• Melakukan perbaikan sipil ringan seperti pasang keramik, nat, leveling permukaan, dan perbaikan retak.
• Menangani pekerjaan dasar MEP (listrik dan plumbing sederhana) seperti ganti lampu, cek stop kontak, perbaikan kabel ringan, dan perbaikan kebocoran kecil.
• Melakukan pengecekan rutin untuk menemukan kerusakan dan kebutuhan perawatan.
• Melakukan perbaikan dan touch-up untuk menjaga standar kualitas villa.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim maintenance dan engineering untuk pekerjaan perbaikan yang sedang berjalan.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; at least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel. Fresh graduates welcome with OJT/DW experience.
• Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and perform preventive maintenance and basic MEP troubleshooting for guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Facility Checks & Minor Repairs: Conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on room and public area facilities (AC, plumbing, lighting, lifts, pumps, electrical, appliances) without disturbing guest comfort.
• Reporting & Coordination: Record and report serious damages via hotel systems and coordinate with supervisors/PM teams for follow-up actions.
• Professionalism & Safety: Maintain professional appearance, communicate courteously with guests and staff, and adhere to safety (K3) standards during all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all utility systems are always functional, including AC, electricity, water, ventilation, pumps, lighting, TV, telephone, minibar, water heater, bathtub, jacuzzi, and private pool.
• Conduct routine checks and light maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment in public areas, ensuring all facilities (lights, AC, lifts, escalators, sound system, restrooms, etc.) operate optimally.
• Be observant and proactive in identifying potential damages or malfunctions before they impact guest comfort.
• Handle reports of damages, complaints, or repair requests promptly and accurately, coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with guests and collaborate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth public area operations.

• Understands how to perform maintenance and repair of assets as well as MEP and operational equipment in public areas, and masters MEP maintenance techniques for Public Area equipment.
• Mastery of Public Area cleaning techniques and sanitation methods that meet 5-star hotel standards, and skilled in operating housekeeping machines such as industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors, and others.
• Understands types of cleaning chemicals, their functions, and proper safe usage procedures, including chemical handling and safety data sheet compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understands 5-star hotel cleanliness and aesthetic standards for Public Areas and has strong technical skills related to Public Area MEP and pool operations.
• Skilled in managing team tasks and Public Area work plans, including time management and budgeting based on operational needs.
• Able to supervise by assessing team members' knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
• Able to provide coaching, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes, delivering continuous training, and reviewing team performance and productivity.
• Able to coordinate effectively across departments and is observant of potential hazards such as slippery floors and facility damage.
