Our café will focus on Western-style breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar café environment and enjoys being part of a positive, team focused kitchen, Bar & floor area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a café, restaurant or hotel
• with a knowledge of Basic Pastry and Bakery is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Western breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
• Experience working in a Western-style café kitchen
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Able to work efficiently in a busy café environment
• Strong attention to the product quality and presentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic English communication preferred

Working hours

• Fluent in english.
• Minimum 1 year experience.

3. Head chef ( 1 position )

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen experience, including experience as a Head Chef Experience in Mediterranean / Greek cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food costing & kitchen operations.
• Ability to maintain high-quality food & presentation.
• Fluent in English.

• Mampu mengoperasikan mesin espresso dan memiliki pengalaman barista minimal 6 bulan.
• Lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara.
• Berbahasa Inggris dan ramah.
• Rajin, jujur, dan disiplin.
• Bertanggung jawab.
• Siap bekerja sendiri atau dalam tim.
• Bekerja dua shift (5 pagi - 1 siang dan 7 pagi - 3.sore, 8 jam sehari).
• Gaji pokok: 2,5 hingga 3 juta Rupiah per bulan, akan dinilai saat wawancara latte art.
• Diutamakan kandidat asal Bali.
