Duties include monitoring the pool to ensure guest safety, maintaining cleanliness by cleaning the pool and surrounding areas, providing towels and other amenities, and assisting guests with any needs or questions. They also enforce pool rules and regulations and may perform minor maintenance tasks. The goal is to provide a safe and pleasant pool experience for all guests.

Qualifications
- Proven minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions & hotel experience.
- Relevant education background (diploma or degree)
- Demonstrated excellence communication skill, both oral and written (english).
- Established a friendly atmosphere of guest service and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well in environment with time management efficiently, and troubleshoot effectively.
