Qualifications

• Usia: 18–25 tahun.
• Pendidikan: minimal SMA/sederajat.
• Mampu berbahasa inggris. (F&B service)
• Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang hotel/restoran.

Kontrak dan kondisi kerja

• Durasi kontrak: 3 bulan.
• Jam kerja: 8 jam per hari.
• Hari kerja: 6 hari per minggu.
• Hari libur: 1 hari per minggu.
• Estimasi keberangkatan: Desember.
• Jadwal interview: 24–27 November 2026.

Gaji / salary

• 3.000 SGD per bulan (gaji kotor).

We are looking position spa supervisor for ubud and canggu.

Qualifications

• Work towards coupa training.
• Diploma in business management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field.
• Experience and education in one of the spa disciplines of fitness or therapy a significant asset.
• At least 2 years of spa and salon experience.
• Ability to multi-task in various situations and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility and completing all shift reports and paperwork.
• Responsible for operational duties related to spa retail.
• Train Spa staff by making sure staff has knowledge of product on the floor, coordinating with vendors/designers who can provide training and sales support, and coordinate with buying team to provide support in this area.
• Merchandising and maintenance of neat and orderly retail displays.
• Coordination of vendor set up, purchasing, and receiving as it pertains to the retail operation.
• Sourcing Product when applicable.
• Coordinating with buying team by provide sales information and guest feedback and partnering with buyers on trunk shows, promotions or sales contests for staff.
• Implementing new procedures for Spa Coordinators and Spa Attendants in order to improve productivity and service delivery in regards to the retail operation.
• Monitoring Spa Coordinator and Spa Attendant performance and providing feedback.
• Monitoring the guest areas of spa to ensure that the front desk, spa lounge, locker areas, and fitness facilities are at all times neat, orderly, and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from a certified spa or beauty school are welcome to apply; prior experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage.
• Proficient or trained in massage techniques such as Balinese, Swedish, aromatherapy, and basic body treatments.
• Holds a valid certification from a recognized spa/beauty institution, along with a Certificate of Competence as a Spa Therapist is a point plus.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and a strong interest in providing excellent guest service and working in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Spa Treatments to Standard, Perform a wide range of treatments (e.g., massages, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and other signature therapies), other spa treatments according to SOPs and brand protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene, Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are always clean, sanitized, and prepared, in line with hygiene standards.
• Provide Personalized Guest Experience, Conduct consultations before treatments, understand guest needs, and personalize the service accordingly.
• Promote Spa Products & Treatments, Offer post-treatment care advice and recommend appropriate retail products and future treatments.
• Support Team & Spa Operations, Collaborate with colleagues, support team duties, and participate in spa events and training.

Qualifications

• Have minimum 1 year experiance in similar position.
• Fluent in english.
• Having good attitude, appearance and initiative.
• Able to join immediately.
