General qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Hospitality or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Butler / Room Division in a star-rated hotel or luxury villa.
- Understanding of hospitality service standards, particularly personalized service and VIP guest handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and well presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and high initiative.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, front office, and guest handling procedures.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, polite, honest, and maintains guest confidentiality.
