Job description

• Memimpin dan mengawasi tim cook.
• Menyiapkan dan memasak menu sesuai resep standar dengan kualitas tinggi.
• Mengontrol porsi, presentasi, dan konsistensi rasa setiap hidangan.
• Memantau dan menjaga kebersihan dapur sesuai standar hygiene & food safety (HACCP).
• Mengelola stok bahan baku dan mengurangi food waste.
• Berinovasi dan membantu pengembangan menu baru.
• Menjaga kerapihan dan kelancaran operasional dapur saat peak hour.

Kualifikasi & requirements

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga / D3 Perhotelan.
• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Senior Cook / Chef de Partie.
• Menguasai masakan Western, Indonesia, atau Asian Fusion (salah satu atau lebih).
• Mampu memimpin tim dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
