Lead F&B staff

About the role

Take a hands-on leadership role at badanfact in Uluwatu. As Lead F&B Staff, you will work operational shifts while managing the kiosk team’s day-to-day activities and leading by example.

Customer service & daily operations

• Handle customer service and sales across cash, QRIS, WhatsApp, Grab and Gojek.
• Prepare shakes and mini pancakes to the required standard when needed.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and shift handovers.
• Take ownership of quality control.

Team leadership & scheduling

• Create the monthly shift rotation and manage absences and shift swaps.
• Brief the team and serve as the main point of contact between staff and ownership.

Stock management & reporting

• Review inventory and coordinate stock management and restocking with the team.
• Send reorder lists, coordinate storage-to-kiosk transfers and help prevent stockouts.
• Send management a daily operational report covering sales, stock, team notes and incidents.

What to expect

This role requires a high level of autonomy from day one, combining hands-on kiosk work with team management.
