Polyvalent F&B staff

About the role

Join badanfact in Uluwatu as Polyvalent F&B Staff, supporting both customer-facing kiosk operations and behind-the-scenes preparation.

You will be trained to work across two locations: the kiosk and the off-site storage and preparation space. You should be comfortable working in both environments and switching between them as required.

At the kiosk

• Handle customer service and sales across cash, QRIS, WhatsApp, Grab and Gojek.
• Prepare protein shakes and pancakes to order.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and shift handovers.

At the storage & preparation space

• Prepare portions and operate preparation equipment.
• Monitor stock and contribute to daily inventory checks.

Daily reporting

• Send the end-of-day sales report to management.
