Spa Operations Leader

Spa & Wellness | Reports to: Managing Director | 6/7 working days

Job description

Oversee daily spa and wellness operations; keep treatment rooms and facilities clean, organised and guest-ready.
Monitor appointments, therapist schedules and operational readiness; resolve guest issues promptly.
Lead, coach and develop therapists and wellness staff; run on-the-job training and maintain spa SOPs.
Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement; ensure hygiene and presentation standards for rooms, equipment and products.
Coordinate with Experience Team, Housekeeping and Engineering.

Minimum 5 years in luxury spa, wellness, resort or hospitality operations.
Prior leadership in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, wellness retreat or destination spa.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts and guest care.
Proven staff training and team development; strong organisational and operational management.
Excellent communication and leadership; passion for wellness and guest experience.
Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.
