Food & Beverage – Bar | Reports to: Assistant Restaurant Manager | 6/7 working days

Job description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and service standards.
Keep the bar clean, stocked and service-ready; monitor beverage quality, stock levels and expiry dates.
Take guest orders accurately; recommend drinks; handle requests and feedback; follow cash-handling and POS procedures.
Work with service and kitchen teams; support events; follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or hospitality setting.
Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and coffee preparation.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English.
