Housekeeping | Reports to: Asst. Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager | 6/7 working days

Job description

• Clean and prepare rooms, villas, bathrooms, balconies, terraces and outdoor areas; ensure full readiness before arrival.
• Replenish amenities, linens, towels and supplies; inspect assigned units for consistent 5-star presentation.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene and safety procedures; handle equipment and chemicals safely; maintain pantries and linen storage.
• Support deep cleaning and special projects; report maintenance issues; respond to guest requests.
• Guide and share best practices with junior Room Attendants; coordinate with Experience Team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort or villa.
• Proven ability to maintain 5-star standards with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, linen care, cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Good communication; basic English required.
