Qualifications

• Relevant engineering or building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance systems.
• Good supervision, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to follow safety procedures and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repairs in hotel public areas.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and assign daily tasks.
• Inspect equipment and facilities and resolve reported faults.
• Maintain work records and coordinate safe repairs with other departments.
