Head of Kitchen

Arvo Bali is a recently opened beachside café and bar in Seminyak. We are looking for a Head of Kitchen to lead our team and shape what hits the plate.

The role
Run the kitchen and guide the food direction of the business, from menu development through to the day-to-day running of service. Lead the team, keep standards high and keep the food exciting across breakfast, snacks and catering.

What you bring
• Chef experience and food direction experience
• A natural flair for flavours and presentation
• Proven experience leading a successful kitchen team
• Strong Western food background (a must)
• Recipe and menu development experience
• Creative knowledge of breakfast, snack and catering menus
• Proficiency with waste management and kitchen management systems
• A natural team player and leader
• A commitment to constant staff training and development
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback, and working collaboratively with the team
