We are looking for Guest Relation Officer to support our growth in Bali
Responsibilities
Complete check-in and check-out within five minutes. Communicate professionally and diplomatically, resolve complaints, offer alternatives and personalize service. Coordinate across GSO, GOO and GLO to meet guest needs. Use hotel product knowledge for upselling and cross-selling. Accurately record, recall and share guest history and preferences.
Requirements
High school/vocational diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or Tourism diploma or degree preferred. One year in Front Office or GRO at a five-star hotel. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT/Daily Worker experience considered. Professional, friendly and effective under pressure. Spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in VHP, check-in/out, VIP/VVIP handling, complaints, departmental coordination and guest reporting including preferences, special requests and GSI.
