• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and event service.
• Able to coordinate teams and ensure smooth event execution.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to coordinate with kitchen, service, clients, and management.
• Professional, organized, and guest-oriented.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive would be an advantage.
