Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Head Chef or in a senior kitchen management position.
Proven experience in high-end, modern, or upscale dining venues.
Strong knowledge of modern Western cuisine and contemporary food presentation.
Experienced in menu planning, food costing, kitchen budgeting, and inventory control.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Able to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Experience managing a busy kitchen and coordinating with service and management teams.
Creative, organized, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
