Reservation staff

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, catering, hospitality, or a similar position.
Previous F&B and catering reservation experience is highly preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to handle telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online reservation inquiries.
Good knowledge of reservation procedures, booking details, and guest follow-up.
Organized and attentive to detail.
Good English communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
