Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in sports clubs or hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate multi-departmental teams.
- Experience overseeing Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish, implement, and monitor SOPs and service standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
