About the role
We are looking for an experienced Barista (Good English speaking) to join our dynamic team at PT VACCASHE BALI INVESTMENT' in Bali. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, full-time environment.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
- Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety protocols.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of brewing techniques, coffee origins, and flavour profiles.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
