Qualifications

Kualifikasi

• Pria / Wanita, usia maksimal 35/40 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 / SMK Perhotelan, Tata Boga, atau Seni Kuliner (Culinary Arts).
• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Sous Chef atau Senior Chef de Partie di restoran / hotel.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang teknik memasak, manajemen dapur, food safety, dan standar HACCP.
• Menguasai pembuatan menu, cost control, dan pengelolaan inventory dapur.
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan (leadership), manajemen tim, dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara efektif di bawah tekanan dan lingkungan kerja yang serba cepat.
• Bersedia bekerja shift, akhir pekan (weekend), dan hari libur nasional.

Requirement

• Min 2 years experiences as launch manager in villas, resort or hotel.
• English is a must.
• Willing to work under pressure, mobile and dealing with deadline
• Possesses strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities.
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsible

• Timely launch of full management facilities.
• Financial reporting for purchases and repairs.
• High level of communication with all participants in the process of launching objects.
• Improvement and integration of new object launch processes.
• Cost optimization.
• Personnel search.
• Daily reporting on the launch of new facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
• Able to join immediately.

Qualification :

• Physically fit, mentally strong and spiritually inspired
• University degree with major study in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and taxation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of Gustodian PMS, MYOB & VHP Systems
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Well groomed with interpersonal and communication skill
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality

Qualification :

• Diploma or higher education with major study in IT
• Understanding basic networking, and hardware / software troubleshooting
• General Knowledge of Canva
• Experience in same position minimum 1 years
