Kami mencari kandidat Maintenance yang memiliki kemampuan di bidang sipil dan dasar listrik untuk bergabung dengan tim operasional villa kami.

Qualifications

• Usia maksimal 60 tahun.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang maintenance (villa/hotel lebih diutamakan).
• Menguasai pekerjaan sipil dasar (cat, plester, perbaikan bangunan ringan).
• Memahami instalasi listrik dasar.
• Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan siap bekerja dengan tim.
• Bersedia bekerja full time dengan sistem shift jika diperlukan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan ringan pada bangunan (tembok, plafon, lantai, pengecatan, dll).
• Menangani perbaikan dan instalasi listrik dasar (stop kontak, lampu, saklar, panel sederhana).
• Melakukan pengecekan rutin fasilitas villa (air, listrik, AC, peralatan).
• Menangani keluhan tamu atau laporan dari staff terkait kerusakan.
• Membantu tim dalam proyek renovasi kecil atau perbaikan darurat.
• Menjaga kerapian, kebersihan, dan keamanan area kerja.
