Mathis Collection - A group of three distinctive boutique hotel units located in Bali and Lombok is seeking a passionate and driven sales manager to lead, develop, and oversee sales activities across all three units.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape sales strategies across multiple properties, strengthen corporate, group, offline and online distribution channels, and drive revenue growth in alignment with the refined identity of Mathis Collection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Ubud resort hospitality.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills across multi-unit operations.
- Strong background in offline sales, corporate & group segments.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets across multiple properties.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and well-groomed professional.
