Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with housekeeping operational systems and procedures.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
