The role — evening barista + juice & smoothie bar Espresso and filter coffee, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, house canned drinks and jamu. You run your bar from opening to closing: mise en place, service, cleaning, stock.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista (coffee shop or restaurant).
• Fully autonomous — able to run the bar alone during service without supervision.
• Works clean: an organised station, respected hygiene standards, tools and equipment properly maintained.
• Structured and reliable on mise en place, stock rotation and closing procedures.
• Consistent quality, drink after drink.

What we offer
