Our café will focus on Western-style breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar café environment and enjoys being part of a positive, team focused kitchen, Bar & floor area.

Requirements

Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards (Barista).
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee station, and work areas.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
