We are looking for a restaurant supervisor to support our growth in bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or F&B Service Management, with at least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant/F&B Service Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
- Professional and service-minded appearance, able to be a role model for the team, with active English proficiency; additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Knowledgeable in buffet service, à la carte, and room service; understands menu details, food and beverage pairings, and strategies for upselling and cross-selling (drinks, side dishes, wine, desserts).
- Capable of managing outlet and room service flow, monitoring POS systems, cash control, daily inventory, and preparing administrative reports such as sales reports, guest feedback, and team rosters.
- Skilled in handling guest complaints and VIPs according to 5-star hospitality standards; proficient in the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system for order input, billing, revenue monitoring, and daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- Able to conduct Supervision, including assessing team members' (MK) knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
- Able to provide Coaching & Development, including delivering coaching, training, and motivation to improve team performance and service quality, as well as taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes and providing continuous training.
- Able to perform Empowerment, including reviewing team members' performance and productivity.
- Responsive and quick in handling guest requests by providing timely delivery service.
- Knowledgeable about the menu (ingredients, recommended pairings, selling points) to effectively perform upselling and cross-selling to achieve restaurant sales targets.
